This multi-family housing project is located in the Mar Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The design concept centers on creating a communal outdoor gathering space accessible to all units while preserving the original Mar Vista house. The two new residential units are positioned above the existing structure, mirroring each other with only subtle variations.
