This is a multi-family housing project located in the Mar Vista neighborhood in Los Angeles, California. The concept of the design is to create an outdoor gathering area for all units to enjoy and to preserve the original Mar Vista house. the two new units are placed on top of the house, which mirror each other with only slight differences.
